Whistleblower Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to encourage employees, contractors, and business partners to report any suspected unethical conduct, compliance violations, or improper activities in good faith, without fear of retaliation. KPG99 Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business operations.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all KPG99 Inc. employees, subcontractors, consultants, and any third parties engaged with the company in any capacity.


3. Policy Statement

KPG99 Inc. promotes an open environment where individuals can raise concerns about potential misconduct, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, theft, or financial irregularities
  • Breach of confidentiality or data protection
  • Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation
  • Conflict of interest or unethical behavior
  • Violation of laws, regulations, or company policies

All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly and fairly.


4. Reporting Mechanism

Reports may be submitted through any of the following confidential channels:

  • Email to the Compliance & Operations Team: compliance@kpgtech.com
  • Direct communication with a Manager or HR representative
  • Anonymous written report (where permitted by law)

The Compliance & Operations Team will acknowledge receipt, assess the matter, and take appropriate action.


5. Protection from Retaliation

No employee or contractor will face retaliation for reporting a concern in good faith. Retaliation includes termination, demotion, harassment, or any form of discrimination. Anyone found engaging in retaliatory behavior will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.


6. Investigation Process

  • All reports will be reviewed by the Compliance & Operations Team.
  • Findings and recommendations will be documented and, when necessary, escalated to senior management.
  • Corrective measures and disciplinary actions will be implemented based on the investigation outcome.

7. False Reporting

Knowingly submitting a false report with malicious intent is a violation of this policy and will lead to disciplinary action.


8. Training and Awareness

All employees and subcontractors will be informed of this policy during onboarding and through periodic compliance communications.


9. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure effectiveness and alignment with applicable laws and ethical standards.
