Anti-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to promote a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment free from discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. KPG99 Inc. believes in equal opportunity for all and does not tolerate any form of unlawful or inappropriate behavior that undermines dignity or fairness at work.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and anyone working on behalf of KPG99 Inc., regardless of location or role. It covers interactions within the workplace, at client sites, and during any business-related communications or events.


3. Policy Statement

KPG99 Inc. strictly prohibits discrimination or harassment on the basis of:

  • Race, color, or nationality
  • Religion or belief
  • Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
  • Age, disability, or medical condition
  • Marital or parental status
  • Any other characteristic protected under applicable laws

Everyone is expected to treat others with professionalism and respect at all times.


4. Types of Prohibited Conduct

  • Discrimination: Any unfair or unequal treatment based on a protected characteristic.
  • Harassment: Unwelcome conduct (verbal, physical, visual, or written) that creates a hostile or offensive work environment.
  • Sexual Harassment: Unwanted advances, comments, jokes, or behavior of a sexual nature that affects work performance or creates discomfort.
  • Retaliation: Any adverse action against someone for reporting or assisting in the investigation of discrimination or harassment.

5. Reporting and Complaint Procedure

  • Any employee or contractor who experiences or witnesses discrimination or harassment should immediately report it to their Manager, HR, or directly to the Compliance & Operations Team at compliance@kpgtech.com.
  • All reports are treated confidentially, investigated promptly, and handled with fairness.
  • Retaliation against a person for raising a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.

6. Training and Awareness

  • All personnel complete mandatory anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training during onboarding.
  • Refresher sessions are conducted periodically to ensure awareness of acceptable workplace behavior and legal obligations.
  • HR and management receive additional training to recognize and address issues effectively.

7. Consequences of Violation

Any employee, contractor, or manager found to have violated this policy will face disciplinary action, which may include counseling, warning, suspension, termination, or legal action depending on severity.


8. Review

This policy is reviewed annually and updated as required to comply with applicable labor and employment laws and client compliance standards.
